Canada/Ottawa: Nu-Pak, Inc., a Boscobel, Wisconsin establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Nu-Pak branded Soup Mix from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected insect fragment contamination and consequential risks of bacterial infection, choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury.
