According to the FDA, Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods has recalled certain batch/lots of H-E-B Creamy Tomato Basil Soup products from the American marketplace due to glass fragment contamination.

The recall was initiated after a customer notified the supplier that he had found a piece of glass in a jar of H-E-B branded Creamy Tomato Basil Soup. As of the date of the recall notification, no injuries have been reported to date.
