Canada/Ottawa: Rubies II, LLC, a Westbury, New York establishment, recalls an estimated 1,299 Kids Paw Patrol Skye Costumes from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected failure to meet Canadian Textile Flammability Regulations and consequential risks of flammability, burns, smoke inhalation and/or respiratory failure, cardiac system collapse and/or property damage, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury.

Health Canada/Santé Canada (“HCSC”) reports this recall involves certain Kids Paw Patrol Skye Costumes, as follows:

  • Kids Paw Patrol Skye Costumes, sold in Small size with an item number of 610503 and a UPC of 883028054930, 482298101476 or 048229810147

Proposed Remedy:
