US FlagUS/Washington: Ready Pac Foods, Inc., a Swedesboro, New Jersey and Jackson, Georgia establishment, recalls an estimated 222,915 pounds of ready-to-eat (“RTE”) Kroger branded Garden Salads with Chicken & Bacon, Kroger branded Chef Salad Kits for One, Little Salad Bar Chef Salads, Ready Pac Bistro branded Chef Salads and Signature Farms branded Café Bowl Chef Salads because they contain an Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) regulated Salad Dressing that has been recalled by Litehouse Inc., a primary ingredient supplier, with consequential undeclared Anchovy Fish, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.

Canada/Ottawa: Décathlon Canada Inc., a Brossard, Quebec establishment, recalls an estimated 2,711 Oxelo branded 3-Wheel Children’s Scooters from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected Barium Sulfate in excess of the allowable limit under the Canadian Toys Regulations and consequential risks of stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, constipation, weakness, pale skin, sweating and ringing in the ears, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury.
