US FlagUS/Washington: Fratelli Beretta USA, Inc., a Mount Olive, New Jersey establishment, recalls an estimated 862,000 pounds of Fratelli Beretta branded Uncured Antipasto Prosciutto products from the American marketplace due to suspected Salmonella Infantis and/or Salmonella Typhimurium contamination and consequential risks of Gram-negative bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards/situations requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize suffering and prevent life-changing injury.
