US/Silver Spring: RMH Foods, LLC, a Morton, Illinois establishment, recalls an estimated 583 cases of Gordon Choice Deli Style Tuna and Chicken Salads packed in four (4)-pound rigid tubs from the American marketplace due to suspected mislabeling and consequential undeclared Tuna Fish and Wheat, both known allergens, sources of dietary intolerance and possible triggers of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize suffering and prevent life-changing injury.
