Australia/Canberra: Toplite Trading Pty Ltd., a Sunshine West, Victoria establishment, recalls all current batch/lots of its Toplite Trading Kangaroo Soft Toys from the Australian marketplace due to suspected failure to comply with requirements of Australia’s mandatory standard ‘Consumer Protection Notice No. 14 of 2003 – Consumer Product Safety Standard: Toys for children up to and including 36 months of age’ and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize suffering and prevent life-changing injury.
