Canada/Ottawa: Toys “R” Us Canada Ltd., a Concord, Ontario establishment, recalls an estimated 22,890 Addo Woodlets Lifting Puzzle Toys from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected component detachment and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, respiratory failure. GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction and/or sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize suffering and prevent life-changing injury.
