The United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) reports the following Raw Beef products were produced on July 13, 2021 and are subject to this recall (in alphabetical order):

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers, best-before date codes, manufacturing date codes, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

These Raw Beef products were known to be distributed in the US states of Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota and Nebraska for further processing and presumably into the retail channel throughout the United States. When in doubt, please contact the manufacturer for specific product information.

According to the USDA, Greater Omaha Packing has recalled an estimated 295,236 pounds of Raw Beef products from the American marketplace due to suspected Escherichia coli (“E.coli”) O157:H7 contamination. The Raw Beef products subject to recall bear establishment number “EST. 960A” inside the USDA mark of inspection. As a direct result of this suspected defect, you should neither serve nor consume the recalled Raw Beef identified above.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure small children and pets can’t access the suspect food.

Proposed Remedy:
If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Raw Beef products, please do not consume them directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, kindly return the product to the store, distributor or wholesaler where you purchased it for a full refund.

==> If you have a medical emergency, please contact 9-1-1, your closest hospital or emergency center equipped to properly treat bacterial poisoning such as Escherichia coli (“E.coli”) O157:H7 contamination.
