Greater Omaha Packing, an Omaha, Nebraska establishment, recalls an estimated 295,236 pounds of Raw Beef products intended for non-intact use from the American marketplace due to suspected Escherichia coli (“E.coli”) O157:H7 contamination and consequential risks of Gram-negative bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all health and/or safety hazards, requiring immediate medical intervention.
