Australia/Canberra: OB Designs Pty Ltd, a Byron Bay, New South Wales establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of OB Designs Wooden Rattle Baby Toys from the Australian marketplace due to suspected failure to comply with the size and shape requirements of Australia’s mandatory standard ‘Consumer Protection Notice Number 14 of 2003 – Consumer Product Safety Standard: Toys for children up to and including 36 months of age’, consequential component detachment and risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious safety hazards.
