Morris Limited trading as Home Bargains, a Liverpool, England, establishment, recalls all current batch/lots of Choco Dipper Snack Foods from the British marketplace due to undeclared Peanuts, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.

The UK Food Standards Agency (“FSA”) reports the following Snack Foods are subject to recall:

  • Choco Dippers, sold in ten (10) by 14 gram packages; affected batch/lots: all current best-before dates

==> No barcodes, EANs, item numbers, best-before date codes, manufacturing date codes, production dates, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the FSA, T.J. Morris has recalled all current batch/lots of Choco Dipper Snack Foods from the British marketplace due to undeclared Peanuts.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of these recalled Choco Dipper Snack Foods and could be allergic to their Peanuts ingredients, have a close family member who is allergic or has previously experienced Anaphylaxis or are unsure of your allergy status, please do not consume them directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure neither small children nor household pets can access the suspect food.

==> If you have a medical emergency, please contact 9-9-9, your closest hospital A&E or emergency centre equipped to properly treat Anaphylaxis.
