Canada/Ottawa: TryLUU, a Hangzhou, China establishment, recalls an estimated 1464 LBLA Kids branded 55″ Children’s Toy Trampolines from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected structural failure and consequential risks of falls, laceration, concussion, bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury.

Health Canada/Santé Canada (“HCSC”) reports the following Children’s Toy Trampolines are subject to this recall:

  • LBLA Kids Children’s Toy Trampolines, marketed, sold and delivered as children’s 55″ trampolines with a see-through mesh enclosure net and safety pad. The recalled Trampolines were available in black with bright green trim and can be identified by an Amazon ASIN of B085VM6W27.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers, best-before date codes, manufacturing date codes, production dates, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

These Children’s Toy Trampolines are thought to have been known to be marketed and sold in all Canadian provinces although it is always possible these sports products had wider distribution outside the country. When in doubt, please contact the manufacturer for specific product information.

According to Health Canada, TryLUU has recalled an estimated 1464 LBLA Kids 55″ Children’s Toy Trampolines from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected structural failure. Specifically, the welds on the support frame of the Trampoline may fail, posing a fall hazard. As of June, 2021, the company had received five (5) reports of the Trampoline’s Legs or Straps breaking in Canada and two (2) reports of injuries.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Children’s Toy Trampolines, please do not use them. Instead, kindly contact your municipality for instructions on how to dispose of or recycle the product. Amazon.ca is reportedly the exclusive retailer for these products in Canada and, as such, is in the process of notifying all customers of this recall and issuing a refund.
