These Thule Tepui Rooftop Tents were thought to have been marketed, distributed and sold in all Canadian provinces although it is always possible these camping products had wider distribution outside the country. When in doubt, please contact the manufacturer for specific product information.

According to Health Canada, Thule has determined that, due to a design defect in the fixation device between the hard-shell and the mounting hardware (base aluminum rail), under certain environmental and driving conditions, the Rooftop Tent may be improperly secured to the mounting hardware. The Shell Material may experience excessive force causing the shell to crack and detach from the mounting hardware, resulting in potential injury to people who utilize the product in a reasonable manner expected with its intended design and anticipated use.

==> If you have a medical emergency, please contact 9-1-1, your closest hospital or emergency center equipped to properly treat falls, laceration, concussion, bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury.
