US FlagUS/Washington: King’s Command Foods, LLC., a Kent, Washington establishment, recalls an estimated 20,025 pounds of Fully Cooked, Not Shelf Stable Meat and Poultry Meatballs and Pork Patties from the American marketplace due to undeclared Egg, Milk and Wheat, all known allergens, sources of dietary intolerance and possible triggers of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.

Additional information:
The United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) reports the following Meatballs and Pork Patties were produced on dates including January 08, 2021, January 15, 2021 and March 03, 2021 and are subject to this recall:

  • 3.75 ounce portions of Rib Shaped Pork Patties with BBQ Sauce, a processed meat product packaged with 10-pound bulk-packed cases with a code product of 2549616/72314 and a use-by date of 3/2/2022 with undeclared Wheat which is not represented on the label.
  • 3.0 ounce portions of Rib Shaped Pork Patties with BBQ Sauce, a processed meat product packaged with 15-pound bulk-packed cases with a code product of 72314 and a use-by date of 3/2/2022 with undeclared Wheat which is not represented on the label.
  • 0.50 ounce portions of Swedish Meatballs, a processed meat product packaged with 15-pound bulk-packed cases with a code product of 72148 and a use-by date of 1/7/2022 with undeclared Egg which is not represented on the label.
  • 0.50 ounce portions of Swedish Meatballs with Sauce, a processed meat product packaged with 14-pound bulk-packed cases with a code product of 72147 and a use-by date of 1/7/2022 with undeclared Egg which is not represented on the label.
  • 0.50 ounce portions of Chicken and Beef Meatballs, a processed poultry and meat product packaged with 10-pound bulk-packed cases with a code product of 72180 and a use-by date of 1/7/2022 with undeclared Egg which is not represented on the label.
  • 0.50 ounce portions of Meatballs, a processed meat product packaged with 10-pound bulk-packed cases with a code product of 01380 and a use-by date of 1/14/2022 with undeclared Egg and Milk which is not represented on the label.
  • 0.50 ounce portions of Homestyle Meatballs, a processed meat product packaged with 10-pound bulk-packed cases with a code product of 00133 and a use-by date of 1/7/2022 with undeclared Milk which is not represented on the label.
  • 0.50 ounce portions of Italian Style Meatballs, a processed meat product packaged with 20-pound bulk-packed cases with a code product of 72182 and a use-by date of 3/2/2022 with undeclared Egg which is not represented on the label.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers, best-before date codes, manufacturing date codes, production dates, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

These Fully Cooked, Not Shelf Stable Meat and Poultry Meatballs and Pork Patties were known to be marketed, distributed and sold in the US states of food service use in California, Idaho, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Virginia and Washington although it is always possible these food products had wider distribution within the country. When in doubt, please contact the manufacturer for specific product information.

According to the USDA, the products subject to recall bear establishment number “EST. M1515A” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The problem was discovered when the establishment determined that allergen-containing ingredients may have co-mingled with the recalled products that do not normally contain the identified allergens.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of these recalled Meat and Poultry Meatballs and Pork Patties products and could be allergic to their Egg, Milk and/or Wheat ingredients, have a close family member who is allergic or has previously experienced Anaphylaxis or are unsure of your allergy status, please do not consume them. Instead, return the product to the distributor or wholesaler where you purchased it for a full refund.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure small children and pets can’t access the suspect food.

The US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (“FSIS”) is concerned that some of these Fully Cooked, Not Shelf Stable Meat and Poultry Meatballs and Pork Patties may be in food service freezers. If you have purchased these products, you are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
