The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this warning concerns the reported danger of the Peloton Tread+ Exercise Machines after multiple incidents of small children and a pet being injured beneath the machines. The Commission has determined that public health and safety concerns require this notice to warn the public quickly of the hazard for the Peloton Tread+ Exercise products marketed, sold and delivered in the United States, as follows:
