US/Washington:
Rong Shing Trading Inc., a Brooklyn, New York establishment, doing business as Double R Trading Inc., recalls an estimated 3,365 pounds of Lee’s Da Zhuang branded Chinese Style Hot Pot Base products containing Beef Tallow that were imported from People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), an ineligible country for Beef importation, and distributed in the United States without the benefit of US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (“FSIS”) import re-inspection, a serious health and safety hazard.
