UK FlagUK/London: Keylink Ltd, a Sheffield, South Yorkshire establishment, updates its existing recall for certain batch/lots of Roasted Coffee Beans covered in Dark Chocolate from the British marketplace to include additional product and date information for its various Roasted Coffee Beans in Dark Chocolate products.

The original recall was initiated due to undeclared Almond Nuts, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.

The UK Food Standards Agency (“FSA”) reports the following Roasted Coffee Beans are subject to recall (in alphabetical order):

  • Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans, sold loose with a best-before date of 15 July 2021
  • Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans, sold in 50 gram packages with a best-before date of 15 July 2021
  • Chocolate Covered Roasted Coffee Beans, sold in 140 gram packages with a best-before date of 15 July 2021

==> No barcodes, EANs, UPCs, item numbers, manufacturing date codes, production dates, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the FSA, Keylink has recalled certain batch/lots of Roasted Coffee Beans Covered in Dark Chocolate from the British marketplace due to undeclared Almond Nuts.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of these recalled Roasted Coffee Bean products and could be allergic to their Almonds ingredients, have a close family member who is allergic or has previously experienced Anaphylaxis or are unsure of your allergy status, please do not consume them directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
