US/Silver Spring: Dole Fresh Vegetables, Inc., a Monterey, California establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Dole Organic branded Romaine Hearts and Wild Harvest branded Organic Romaine Hearts from the American marketplace due to suspected Listeria monocytogenes 0157:H7 contamination and consequential risks of Gram-positive bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health hazards.
