Among the forty-nine (49) recalls the NHTSA has announced this month comes news of the following:

Logo - Lance Camper Manufacturing Corp.Lance Camper Manufacturing Corp. (“Lance Camper”), a Lancaster, California establishment and subsidiary of the REV Group of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has recalled an estimated 5,309 model year 2018-2021 Lance Trailers (models 1995, 2185, 2285, 1475, 1575, 1685, 1985, 2295, 2375, 2445, and 2465) equipped with a Dometic Propane Gas Stove, model R1731 or R2131, manufactured November 2018 or later, or model S31 manufactured November 2018 or later marketed, sold and delivered in the United States.

Recall Category: Equipment – Stove Saddle Valves may leak gas

NHTSA Safety Notification 20V619000 reports a gas leak may occur in certain Dometic Propane Gas Cooking Stoves installed in the Lance Trailers.

According to the NHTSA, a gas leak can increase the risk of a fire and/or explosion.

==> If you have a medical emergency, please contact 9-1-1, your closest hospital or emergency center equipped to properly treat burns, explosive impact injuries and/or smoke inhalation.

Lance Camper will notify registered owners, and Dometic will repair the Stoves, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin December 7, 2020. Owners may contact Lance Camper Customer Service toll-free at 1-661-949-3322 during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time (“EST”). No manufacturer’s designation was listed for this recall at press time.
