US FlagUS/Washington: Faribault Foods Inc., a Faribault, Minnesota establishment, recalls an estimated 15,134 pounds of canned Progresso Organic Chicken Noodle Soup products from the American marketplace due to suspected mislabeling/mispackaging with consequential risk of undeclared Milk and Soy, both known allergens, sources of dietary intolerance and possible triggers of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.

As well, the recalled Progresso Soups have undeclared Beef and Pork, two ingredients that people may wish to avoid for dietary, religious and/or health reasons.

US FlagCanada FlagUS/Washington & Canada/Ottawa: Thule AB, a Malmo, Sweden establishment recalls an estimated total 4,880 of Thule branded Sleek Baby Pushchair Strollers (approximately 4,000 in the US and approximately 880 in Canada) from the American and Canadian marketplaces due to the reported finding that two screws are missing from the control handlebar.

As a direct consequence of this reported defect, the handlebar may easily detach and the Pushchair Stroller may tip over when being operated in a reasonable manner expected with its intended use. If this defect occurs, it could lead to laceration, bone fracture, concussion, brain damage of the child riding in the Stroller, all serious health and safety hazards.
