==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers, best-before date codes, manufacturing date codes, production dates, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CPSC, delayed ignition due to pilot degradation can cause gas in the recalled Fireplaces to accumulate prior to burner ignition. When ignition does take place, the accumulatation can cause the glass window to shatter, posing burn and laceration hazards.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Gas Fireplaces, please do not use them. Instead, kindly contact your authorized Valor Fireplace retailer or contractor to schedule a free repair. Miles Industries is also contacting all known (i.e., registered) purchasers directly.
