Additional information:
The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Children’s Pillows are subject to this recall:

  • Formr Junior Memory Foam Pillows with colourful patterned covers, sold with a APN/barcode 30457669

==> No item numbers, best-before date codes, manufacturing date codes, production dates, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s packaging, design and retail presentation. Additional images of the recalled Pillows can be found on the Web site above.

According to the ACCC, the zipper of the recalled Pillows can split under pressure and expose the Memory Foam Filling inside. If this defect occurs and Foam Filling is exposed to the child it could pose choking, suffocation and ingestion hazards.

In general, if foam fragments are ingested, they could cut the mouth, stomach or other parts of the GI tract, cause intestinal perforation and/or blockage or serious infection and possibly require surgical intervention for their safe removal.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Pillows, please do not use them with your child or let them play with or near them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.

==> If you have a medical emergency, please contact 0-0-0, your closest hospital or emergency centre equipped to properly treat choking, suffocation, oral injury, internal ingestion and/or GI tract laceration damage.
