US FlagUS/Washington: Cooper Lighting, LLC, doing business as Cooper Lighting Solutions, a Peachtree City, Georgia establishment, recalls an estimated 39,000 Field and Prism RGBA Light Fixtures from the American marketplace due to suspected component detachment and consequential risks of attachment failure, impact injury, laceration, bone fracture and concussion, all serious safety hazards.

Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves certain All Field branded AF, AN, ST series and Prism branded RGBA PM series Light Fixtures with the following model numbers:

The Light Fixtures are primarily installed at both indoor and outdoor public sports venues.

  • All Field branded Light Fixtures with model numbers including AF-XXX; AN-XXX; ST-750; EXP-AF-XXX; PDR-AF-XXX; PDR-EXP-AF-XXX; PDR-AN-XXX; PDR-SD-XXX; PDR-XXXXX-AF-XXX
  • Prism branded RGBA PM series Light Fixtures with model numbers including AF-RGBA; PM-RGBA; PR-RGBA; PDRXXXXX-PM-RGBA; SAM-PM

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s design and retail presentation. One (1) additional image of the recalled Light Fixtures can be found on the Web site listed above.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, DINs, item numbers, best-before date codes, manufacturing date codes, production dates, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CPSC, the Lenses on the recalled Light Fixtures can loosen, separate from the main Fixture and fall from height, posing a risk of injury to people below and to those nearby. Cooper Lighting Solutions has received three (3) reports of lenses falling from All Field fixtures at indoor facilities in the US. No injuries have been reported.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Light Fixtures, please do not use them. Instead, kindly contact Cooper Lighting Solutions for a free repair. Cooper Lighting is contacting all known (i.e., registered) purchasers to schedule repairs.
