According to the ACCC, plastic fragments in the tube of the model 001969 Snorkels or the Mouthpiece of the model 001970 Snorkels may become detached. If this defect occurs, loose materials in the snorkel tube or mouthpiece may be a choking hazard if inhaled or ingested. You should not use the recalled Summit Global Arena Swim Snorkels identified above.

In general, if plastic or metal fragments are ingested, they could cut the mouth, stomach or other parts of the GI tract, cause intestinal perforation or serious infection and possibly require surgical intervention for their safe removal.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Summit Global Arena Swim Snorkels, please do not use them. All known owners will be contacted by the distributor or retailers of the Snorkels.
