According to the FDA, Hy-Vee, Inc., a West Des Moines, Iowa establishment recalls all current batch/lots of Hy-Vee Bagged Garden Salad products from the American marketplace due to suspected Cyclospora cayetanensisa contamination. Serious cases of Cyclospora infection are treated with antibiotics prescribed by a licensed physician.
