The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Bottled Water products are subject to this recall:

  • Natural Spring Water branded Work Out Water, sold in 1L bottles with best-before date codes of 24 Oct 21, 25 Oct 21 and 08 Jan 22 with an APN/EAN of 9333195010457

==> No item numbers, manufacturing date codes, production dates, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the beverage’s packaging, design and retail presentation. One (1) additional image of the recalled Bottled Water products can be found on the Web site above.

According to the ACCC, due to a packaging fault, there is potential for the top to snap off when the cap is removed. If the Work Out Water Bottle’s top snaps off when the cap is removed, it could result in a potential choking hazard. You should neither serve nor consume the recalled Water Bottles identified above.

In general, if plastic or metal fragments are ingested, they could cut the mouth, stomach or other parts of the GI tract, cause intestinal perforation or serious infection and possibly require surgical intervention for their safe removal.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Natural Spring Water branded Work Out Water products, please do not consume them directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
