Wegmans Food Markets, Inc., a Rochester, New York establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Wegmans branded Tuna Salads from the American marketplace due to suspected unidentified foreign matter contamination and consequential risk of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion and GI tract laceration damage, all serious health and safety hazards.
