US FlagCanada FlagUS/Washington & Canada/Ottawa: Grizzly Industrial Inc., a Bellingham, Washington establishment recalls an estimated total of 20,745 Children’s Tool Kits (approximately 20,645 in the US and approximately 100 in Canada) from the American and Canadian marketplaces due suspected levels of Lead in excess of the allowable limits with consequential risks of lead poisoning, developmental and reproductive damage, all serious health hazards. In addition, the toy goggles and toy hard hat components do not meet toy safety requirements, a serious safety hazard.
