Australia FlagAustralia/Canberra: Bargain Buster recalls certain batch/lots of Leng Rui Feng Toy Trains from the Australian marketplace due to suspected component detachment and consequential risk of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion and GI tract laceration damage, all serious health and safety hazards.

Additional information:
The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following children’s toys are subject to this recall:

  • Bargain Buster Leng Rui Feng Toy Trains, sold as a two-piece toy train with the inside is yellow, green, blue or red

==> No barcodes, APNs, UPCs or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation. One (1) additional image of the recalled Toy Trains can be found on the Web site above.

According to the ACCC, these recalled Toy Train products do not comply with Australia’s mandatory standard ‘Consumer Protection Notice No. 14 – Consumer Product Safety Standard: Toys for children up to and including 36 months of age’. Specifically, small parts may detach from the Toy Train. If this defect occurs, the small parts may pose a choking or suffocation hazard for young children.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Leng Rui Feng Toy Trains, please do not use them nor let your child play with or near them. Instead, kindly return the Toy Train to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
