US FlagCanada FlagUS/Washington & Canada/Ottawa: The Step2 Company LLC, a Streetsboro, Ohio establishment recalls an estimated total 20,500 of Little Helper’s branded Children’s Grocery Toy Shopping Carts (approximately 17,000 in the US and approximately 3,500 in Canada) from the American and Canadian marketplaces due to structural failure and breakage with consequential risks of skin laceration. Further, if the small pieces are placed in the mouth and/or ingested by children, they could cause choking, ingestion and GI tract laceration damage, all serious health and safety hazards.
