US FlagUS/Silver Spring: Yes To Inc., a Pasadena, California establishment, recalls all current batch/lots of Grapefruit Vitamin C Glow-Boosting Unicorn Paper Mask products from the American marketplace due to risk of skin irritation and redness due to an unknown causality, both serious health hazards.

Additional information:
The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) reports the following Cosmetic products are subject to this recall:

  • Grapefruit Vitamin C Glow Boosting Unicorn Paper Mask, sold in one (1) paper mask formats of 0.67 fluid ounce (20 ml) sealed pouches with a UPC of 8-11748-032000-6

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s packaging, design and retail presentation. One (1) additional image of the recalled Unicorn Paper Mask products can be found on the Web site above.

According to the FDA, Yes To Inc. has recalled all current lots of its Grapefruit Vitamin C Glow-Boosting Unicorn Paper Masks in response to complaints of skin irritation and redness. The company has received reports from both children and adults experiencing these symptoms after using the Grapefruit Vitamin C Glow-Boosting Unicorn Paper Mask product. You should neither offer nor use the recalled Paper Mask products identified above.

The Paper Mask were distributed US nationwide in numerous retail and over the Web.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm cosmetics poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any cosmetics product, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure neither small children nor household pets can access the suspect product.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Grapefruit Vitamin C Glow-Boosting Unicorn Paper Mask products, please do not consume them directly nor use them as an component in another skin care regime. Instead, return the Unicorn Paper Masks to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.

==> If you have a medical emergency, please contact 9-1-1, your closest hospital or emergency center equipped to properly treat skin irritation and/or redness.
