US/Washington: Kettle Cuisine Midco, LLC, a Lynn, Massachusetts establishment, recalls an estimated 200 pounds of ready-to-eat (“RTE”) Little Dish Fresh Food for Kids branded Lentil and Beef Soup products from the American marketplace due to suspected package mislabeling and consequential undeclared Egg and Wheat, both known allergens, sources of dietary intolerance and possible triggers of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.
