Among the 57 (fifty seven) recalls the NHTSA announced this month comes news of the following:

Logo - REV Recreation GroupREV Recreation Group (“REV”), a Milwaukee, Wisconsin establishment, has recalled an estimated 3,241 model year 2016-2020 Fleetwood Bounder, Holiday Rambler Vacationer and 2018-2020 Fleetwood Southwind branded Motorhomes marketed, sold and delivered in the United States.

NHTSA Safety Notification 19V860000 reports the generator exhaust pipe placement in the recalled Motorhomes exits within the vehicle’s departure angle.

According to the NHTSA, if the generator exhaust pipe is damaged, it may cause Carbon Monoxide to enter the vehicle, increasing the risk of an injury or death to those inside.

REV will notify registered owners, and dealers will inspect, replace and reroute the generator exhaust pipe, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin January 31, 2020. Owners may contact REV customer service toll-free at 1-800-509-3417 during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, Central Standard Time (“EST”). REV’s designation for this recall is 191125REV.
