US/Washington: BrucePac, a Silverton, Oregon establishment, recalls an estimated 55,550 pounds of ready-to-eat (“RTE”) Chicken Sausage products due to undeclared Pork, a known allergens, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.
