New Port Sales Inc., a San Juan, Puerto Rico recalls an estimated 46,000 All-Gloo branded Craft Glue due to suspected failure to meet US child resistant closure legislation, specifically the US Poisoning Prevention Packaging Act, with consequential risks of chemical ingestion, poisoning and GI tract laceration damage, all serious health hazards.
