US FlagUS/Washington: Clawfoot Supply LLC, doing business as Signature Hardware, an Erlanger, Kentucky establishment, recalls an estimated total of 204 Luyten branded Resin Bath Stools (~200 in the US and ~4 in Canada) due to suspected structural failure and consequential falls, laceration, bone fractures, concussion and property damage, all serious safety hazards.
