The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (“CFIA”), an Ottawa, Ontario regulatory and food safety authority, recalls numerous Raw Beef and Raw Veal food products from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected Escherichia coli (“E. coli”) O157:H7 contamination. You should neither consume nor serve, and distributors, retailers and food service establishments such as hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals and nursing homes should not sell, cook or use the recalled products listed in this recall.
