Australia FlagAustralia/Canberra: Co Phong Pty Ltd t/as Australia “No 1” Shoe Shop, a Cabramatta, New South Sales establishment, recalls various Tianshikufang branded Children’s Outfits due to suspected failure to carry the appropriate fire hazard information label as required by Australia’s mandatory standard ‘Consumer Goods (Children’s Nightwear and Limited Daywear and Paper Patterns for Children’s Nightwear) Safety Standard 2017’ and consequential risks of fire, burns and property damage, all serious health and safety hazards.

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Children’s Clothing products are subject to this recall:

  • Tianshikufang Children’s Outfits, consisting of various children’s long sleeve top and pants outfits

==> No barcodes, UPCs, APNs or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s design and retail presentation. Additional images of the recalled Children’s Clothing products can be found on the Web site above.

According to the ACCC, the recalled garments do not comply with the labeling required by the mandatory standard ‘Consumer Goods (Children’s Nightwear and Limited Daywear and Paper Patterns for Children’s Nightwear) Safety Standard 2017’. As a result, parents and other caregivers may not be aware of the fire hazard information of the garment. This may pose potential fire and burn risks to the child.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Children’s Clothing products, please do not use them nor dress your child in them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store to have the necessary label sewn onto the garment.
