US FlagUS/Washington: Artizen Oils LLC, a Denver, Colorado recalls an estimated 6,000 Artizen Oils Wintergreen and Birch 100 percent Pure & Natural Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil products due to suspected failure to meet US child resistant closure requirements under the US Poison Prevention Packaging Act and consequential risk of poisoning, ingestion and GI tract laceration damage, all serious health hazards.

US FlagUS/Silver Spring: Great One Trading Inc., a Brooklyn, New York establishment, expands its existing recall for certain batch/lots of QQ Fish branded Mushroom Fish Balls and QQ Fish branded Tofu Style Fried Fish Cakes from the American marketplace to include additional Fish Ball products.

The earlier recall notification was initiated due to undeclared Egg, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.
