US FlagCanada FlagUS/Washington & Canada/Ottawa: Super Jumper Inc., a South San Francisco, California establishment recalls an estimated 23,360 Super Jumper Trampolines due to suspected structural failure and consequential risk of falls, injury and property damage, all serious health and safety hazards.

Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves certain Super Jumper 14-foot Trampolines and 14-foot and 16-foot Combo Trampolines with enclosures sold without reinforcement clamps, as follows:

  • 14 foot Trampoline, sold with a model number of TP-14 and a UPC 741360987241
  • 14 foot Trampoline Combo, sold with a model number of TP-14CO and a UPC of 782301476141/81159328016
  • 16 foot Trampoline Combo, sold with a model number of TP-16CO and a UPC of 741459076993/78230147613

The Super Jumper logo is printed on the center of the Trampolines’ mat. Each of the recalled Trampolines has a black mat, gold springs and a blue pad covering the springs. The 14-foot models have six metal legs while the 16-foot combo has eight metal legs.

According to the CPSC, the welds on the metal railings/legs on the recalled Trampolines can fail, posing fall and injury hazards.

Please note: this is a joint recall from the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) and Health Canada (“HCSC”).

==> If you have a medical emergency, please contact 9-1-1, your closest hospital or emergency center equipped to handle lacerations and fractures. As of July 16, 2019, the company had received no reports of consumer incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, however, the company has received 95 reports of consumer incidents and four (4) reports of injuries.
