According to Health Canada, this recall involves certain 2019 Terrapin System 14L Seat Bags. The recalled Bike Seat Storage Bags have a pair of straps with hooks on the top rear of the bag and 4 red loops that the hooks connect to. The Bags have Revelate Design logos on the left and right sides. The Nylon Bags measure approximately 46 centimetres (~19 inches) in length by 18 centimetres (~7 inches) in width.

This recall was initiated because the rear hook strap of the Terrapin System 14L Bike Seat Storage Bags can detach from its loop and become entangled in the rear wheel, posing a potential fall hazard to the rider.
