According to Health Canada, the Baby Sleepers were sold as freestanding seat and sleepers for use by infants weighing up to 25 pounds. The product features a freestanding metal rocking frame, an attached rigid plastic backing and a removable seat cushion with a fabric cover. In the United States, however, there have been over thirty (30) reports of infant fatalities relating to the use of the product and similar Rock N’ Play Sleeper products.

==> Fatalities have occurred in Rock ‘n Play Sleepers after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained, or under other circumstances.
