US FlagUS/Washington: Trading Corp., a Los Angeles, California establishment, recalls an estimated 36,040 pounds of frozen Siluriformes products, specifically Yellow Walking Fish due to suspected failure to present for import re-inspection upon entry into the United States, a serious health and safety hazards.

The United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) reports the following Siluriformes, specifically Yellow Walking Fish, and are subject to this recall:

  • Triple Pearl Headless-Cleaned Yellow Walking Fish Ca Tre Vang Lam Sach – Cat Dau, sold frozen in various weight vacuum-sealed packages with best-before date codes of 20210203 or 20201225 or no date at all

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification. One (1) additional image of the recalled Fish products can be found on the Web site above.

According to the USDA, these items were shipped to retail locations in California.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure small children and pets can’t access the suspect food.

Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
