US FlagUS/Washington: Tiger Retail East Coast LLC, of New York recalls an estimated 2,200 Toy Train Carts due to suspected component detachment and consequential risk of choking, ingestion and GI  tract laceration damage, all serious health hazards.

Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves all five (5) pieces of the wooden Toy Train Carts.

  • The recalled Train Carts have a blue base and colorful Wagon on top, as either the front part of the Train, with two steam domes, an Apple Cart, a Wood Log Cart, a Milk Cart and a Caboose Cart. All Train Carts were sold with a white label, placed around each Cart with a nylon string. The model number of 3010874 and a batch/lot number of 211693US can be found on the label. Each piece has been sold individually.

According to the CPSC, the steam dome on the Toy Train’s Engine Car can come loose, posing a choking hazard

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Toy Train products, please do not use them nor let you child play with or near them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
