US FlagUS/Washington: Fisher-Price, of East Aurora, New York recalls an estimated 4.7 million of Fisher-Price branded Rock ‘n Play Baby Sleepers due to suspected failure to secure the infant and consequential risk of choking, asphyxiation and death, all serious health and safety hazards.

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves an estimated 4.7 million of Rock ‘n Play Baby Sleepers.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CPSC, fatalities have occurred in Rock ‘n Play Sleepers after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained, or under other circumstances. Since the 2009 product introduction, over thirty (30) infant fatalities have occurred in the Rock ‘n Play Sleepers reportedly after the infants rolled over while unrestrained, or under other circumstances.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Fisher-Price branded Rock ‘n Play Baby Sleepers, please do not use them. Instead, contact Fisher-Price for a refund or voucher.
