According to Health Canada, Kubota has discovered that the bolts on the rollover protective structure (“ROPS”) may not have been tightened sufficiently at the factory. As a result the rollover protective structure (“ROPS”) on the recalled mowers may loosen and fail to protect the operator in a rollover incident, posing a risk of serious injury.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Riding Lawn Mowers, please do not use them. Instead, kindly contact an authorized Kubota dealer for a free inspection and free repair of the rollover protective structure.
