Canada/Ottawa: Dibella Pistachio Cranberry Biscotti Recall [Canada]TJX Canada, a Mississauga, Ontario establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Dibella brand Pistachio Cranberry Biscotti due to undeclared Wheat, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (“CFIA”) reports the following Baked Goods are subject to this recall:

  • Dibella branded Pistachio Cranberry Biscotti (black package), sold in 187 gram packages; affected batch/lots: all codes where Wheat is not declared on the product label
  • Dibella branded Pistachio Cranberry Biscotti (holiday package), sold in 187 gram packages; affected batch/lots: all codes where Wheat is not declared on the product label
  • Dibella branded Pistachio Cranberry Biscotti (white package), sold in 187 gram packages; affected batch/lots: all codes where Wheat is not declared on the product label

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CFIA, TJX Canada has recalled the above-indicated batch/lots of Dibella brand Pistachio Cranberry Biscotti due to undeclared Walnuts.

Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
