Additional information:
The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Reindeer Plush Toys are subject to this recall:

  • Small Reindeer Plush Toys given away at Santa photo sessions at select Stockland shopping centres. The recalled Reindeer Toys measure approximately 15 centimetres in width, 16.5 centimetres in height and 7 centimetres in thickness.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, APNs or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s packaging, design and retail presentation.

According to the ACCC, the recalled Reindeer’s plastic nose may detach from the larger Plush Toy. If this defect occurs, the small parts can be a choking or ingestion hazard for infants and young children.

In general, if plastic or metal fragments are ingested, they could cut the mouth, stomach or other parts of the GI tract, cause intestinal perforation or serious infection and possibly require surgical intervention for their safe removal.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Reindeer Plush Toys, please do not let your child play with or near them. Instead, toss out the Toy in your normal household rubbish.
