Buddy’s Kitchen, Inc., a Burnsville, Minnesota establishment, recalls an estimated 212,746 pounds of Ready-To-Eat Pork and Chicken Meals that contain a vegetable ingredient that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella with consequential risk of both Gram-positive bacterial infection and Gram-negative bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health hazards.
